Welcome to Karar Solutions Sdn. Bhd. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of
our services, website, and commercial offerings.
By accessing our website, purchasing our products, or engaging our engineering and project services, you accept
and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must
not use our services or website.
1. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated, Karar Solutions Sdn. Bhd. and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all
material, content, documentation, technical drawings, designs, and proprietary information published on our
platform or provided in our proposals. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view or print pages for
your personal or internal business use, subject to the restrictions set out in these terms.
2. Restrictions and Use of Service
You are specifically restricted from all of the following:
Publishing, copying, or duplicating any of our technical proposals, design schemas, or website materials in other
media without our express written consent.
Using our systems or website in any way that is or may be damaging, or that impacts user access or system
integrity.
Engaging in unauthorized data mining, data harvesting, or any other systematic extraction of information.
Using our products, networking configurations, or services for any unlawful or unauthorized commercial
purposes.
3. System Quotes and Proposals
All project quotations, equipment proposals (including security systems, CCTV, and networks), and maintenance
estimates provided by Karar Solutions Sdn. Bhd. are valid for the period specified within the individual document.
We reserve the right to revise commercial proposals, equipment inventory, and project timelines prior to a formal,
mutually signed agreement.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Karar Solutions Sdn. Bhd., nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be liable for any
indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services,
hardware solutions, or website. Our aggregate liability under any contract, negligence, or other claim shall not
exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific service or product under dispute.
5. Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such
unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms & Conditions invalid as a whole. Such provisions shall be
deleted or modified without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions will be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
You hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Malaysia for the resolution
of any legal disputes or contractual disagreements.
