CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Thank you for choosing Karar Solutions Sdn. Bhd. We are dedicated to providing high-quality solutions,
equipment, and services. In order to maintain transaction transparency, we operate under the following Cancellation
and Refund Policy.
1. Order and Service Cancellations
Physical Equipment & Hardware: Cancellation requests for physical equipment orders (e.g., CCTV units,
servers, networking devices) must be submitted via email within 24 hours of order placement. Once equipment
has been shipped or picked up by our logistics courier, orders cannot be canceled.
Service & Maintenance Contracts: Services, project-based work, and annual/monthly maintenance contracts
may be canceled subject to the termination terms set forth in your specific Service Agreement. Standard
cancellation notifications must be given at least 30 business days in advance.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are considered under the following circumstances:
The hardware delivered is damaged, defective, or does not match the specifications approved in the final Bill of
Quantities (BOQ), provided this is reported within 7 calendar days of receipt.
An pre-paid engineering or consulting service could not be fulfilled or commenced due to administrative or
operational constraints on our part.
3. Refund Method and Processing Timeline (Refund ETA)
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. There will be no exceptions to this to
ensure transaction security and prevent fraud.
Once a cancellation or return is verified and approved by our financial department, the estimated refund processing
timeline (Refund ETA) is as follows:
Bank Transfers & Corporate FPX: 5 to 10 business days, depending on individual bank clearance and
processing policies.
Credit Card / Debit Card Transactions: 7 to 14 business days, depending on your card issuer’s clearing
cycles.
4. Non-Refundable Items and Services
Please note that custom on-site installations, structural wiring, custom rack fabrications, mobilization fees, and
completed service hours are non-refundable once work has officially commenced on site.
