SERVICE / SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
This Shipping, Delivery, and Service Fulfillment Policy governs the distribution of hardware systems, equipment,
and digital/technical service access by Karar Solutions Sdn. Bhd.
1. Processing and Handling Time
All stock hardware and system equipment orders are processed and inspected for quality assurance within 1 to 3
business days prior to dispatch. Orders are not processed or delivered on weekends or public holidays in
Malaysia.
2. Delivery Methods & Cost
Depending on the project requirements, delivery of equipment may be handled via regional couriers, commercial
transport services, or our internal project mobilization team. Shipping and mobilization charges are calculated
based on size, weight, and distance, and are fully disclosed on your commercial invoice or project proposal.
3. Estimated Delivery Timeframe (Delivery ETA)
The estimated delivery timeframe (Delivery ETA) for hardware shipments is outlined below:

4. Delivery of Digital Services & Software Licenses
For custom digital services, system configurations, or third-party software licensing (such as video management
software, surveillance databases, or enterprise network platform logins), delivery will be carried out digitally.
License keys and system access details will be sent to your registered contact email within 24 to 48 hours of
payment confirmation.
5. Damaged or Lost Shipments
Karar Solutions Sdn. Bhd. insures valuable hardware shipments during transit. If you receive your order and
discover the equipment is physically damaged or has been compromised in transit, please save all packaging
materials and notify our logistics department immediately within 48 hours to initiate an insurance and replacement
claim.
